Lakeside Luxury: Wake up to breathtaking views of the shimmering lake from the comfort of your cozy bedroom. Our well-appointed lake house features three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
Open Concept Living: The open-concept living area allows for plenty of natural light and uninterrupted views of the water. Relax in one of several spacious and stylishly decorated living rooms, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside onto the covered decks and take in the fresh lake breeze. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio, fire up the grill for a BBQ, or simply unwind in the hammock by the water's edge. Two private docks provide easy access for swimming, fishing, and water sports.
Adventure Awaits: Whether you're a water enthusiast or prefer to stay on land, there's something for everyone: complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, along with paddles and life jackets, are at your disposal; scenic hiking trails; and many nearby attractions.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 59 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €655 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure
Notes
A $250 cleaning fee will be added at checkout. (*No additional fees or taxes will be added.)
Book 7 or more nights and receive a 15% discount.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping.
Garage is not accessible to Guest.
Living Room Fireplace is not for Guest use.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Quiet Policy: Hickory Hollow House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and the peace this lake community affords.
Primary Guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older. They are responsible for providing the names/ages of all individuals in their party and must review and accept the terms of the Rental Agreement. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of the Rental Agreement. Only persons provided by Guest at time of booking may stay or visit the Property.
Please note: Owner/Host resides next door to the Property. If Guest(s) fails to abide by any of the terms of the Renal Agreement, Guest(s) may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest(s) will forfeit all rent paid. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
