Quiet Policy: Hickory Hollow House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and the peace this lake community affords.
Primary Guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older. They are responsible for providing the names/ages of all individuals in their party and must review and accept the terms of the Rental Agreement. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of the Rental Agreement. Only persons provided by Guest at time of booking may stay or visit the Property.
Please note: Owner/Host resides next door to the Property. If Guest(s) fails to abide by any of the terms of the Renal Agreement, Guest(s) may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest(s) will forfeit all rent paid. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
